Trauma, Chronic Pain & Anxiety Therapy for High-Achieving Professionals
Trauma Therapy
If you’re struggling with the effects of childhood trauma, relationship wounds, medical trauma, or grief, you’re not alone. Unprocessed experiences can leave you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
Trauma therapy can help you safely process these experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, and move toward healing—so you can feel more present, grounded, and in control of your life.
Chronic Pain Therapy
Living with chronic pain or chronic illness can impact your mood, stress levels, relationships, and daily functioning.
My approach to chronic pain therapy focuses on the connection between the nervous system, emotions, and physical symptoms. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help regulate your system, reduce distress, and improve your overall well-being.
Therapy for High-Achieving Professionals
You may look successful on the outside, but internally experience anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or constant pressure to perform.
Therapy provides a space where you can step out of “performance mode,” explore your needs, and find healthier, more sustainable ways to live and work.
Addiction Recovery Support
Addiction recovery is about more than stopping a behavior—it’s about understanding the deeper root causes.
Whether you’re newly sober or maintaining long-term recovery, therapy can help you address underlying pain, shift limiting beliefs, and create lasting emotional healing and personal growth.
