Tascha Reese, LCSW-S
Hi! I’m Tascha.
I offer Experienced Trauma-Focused Therapy for Adults Ready for Meaningful Change
With over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor, I bring compassion, honesty, and a touch of humor to every session. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting adults who are ready to make meaningful changes—to feel better, connect more deeply with others, and rediscover joy in daily life.
Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed Therapy with Real-World Results
My approach is grounded in meeting you exactly where you are and tailoring therapy to your unique story and goals. I use a solution-focused, down-to-earth style that helps clients see real progress—often sooner than they expect. I believe healing doesn’t have to be stiff or sterile; it can include laughter, tears, and the occasional well-placed curse word.
I work with PTSD, Anxiety, Addiction, and Co-Occurring Disorders
When I talk about trauma, I don’t just see pain—I see resilience, survival, and strength. You’ve already been through the hardest parts; therapy is where you start to reclaim what’s next.
I provide A Grounded, Honest Space for Healing, Growth, and Resilience
If you’re ready to stop waiting for “the right time” and start investing in yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Do I Work With People Like You?
I work with adults who are ready to make positive changes in their lives, including those who are experiencing:
- Trauma and difficult life experiences
- Anxiety and chronic stress
- Relationship challenges
- Depression and low self-worth
- Life transitions and personal growth struggles
- Feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected
Many of my clients have spent years putting their own needs last. Others have tried therapy before and left feeling like they were talking in circles. They come to therapy looking for something different—someone who will truly listen, help them understand what’s happening, and support them in moving forward.
Can Therapy Actually Help?
Absolutely—but therapy is not about “fixing” you.
I don’t see clients as broken. I see people who have developed ways of coping, surviving, and protecting themselves through difficult experiences.
Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating a difficult relationship, or trying to understand yourself on a deeper level, therapy can help you:
- Understand the patterns that keep you stuck
- Develop healthier coping strategies
- Improve communication and relationships
- Build confidence and self-trust
- Process painful experiences
- Create lasting changes that improve your quality of life
My approach is solution-focused and personalized. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and create a path forward that feels realistic, meaningful, and achievable.
You may be a good fit for Tascha if you:
- Want a therapist who is warm, genuine, and direct
- Appreciate practical solutions in addition to emotional support
- Are ready to make meaningful changes in your life
- Want to heal from trauma without being defined by it
- Prefer real conversations over overly clinical therapy
