Molly Cook

As the founder and visionary behind Onward Therapy and Wellness, Molly brings over a decade of experience and passion to our practice. A licensed Clinical Social Worker, Molly is not only a skilled therapist but also an EMDR Consultant and Clinical Supervisor. Her approach is deeply relational and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them rebuild a sense of personal power and resilience. Molly’s leadership in trauma therapy has been instrumental in developing our trauma-informed care protocols, ensuring that every client’s journey is supported with empathy, science, and respect for their individual healing process.

Jeff Jackson

Jeff is the co-founder and operational backbone of Onward Therapy and Wellness. Without Jeff, Onward wouldn’t exist. He ensures that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. His extensive hands-on experience in business operations and leadership allows our clinical team to focus wholly on client care without compromise. Jeff’s commitment to creating a supportive environment is seen in every detail of our practice, from the serene office setting to the seamless integration of therapy services, he handles all sorts of things for us. His dedication not only supports our mission but also enhances the therapeutic experiences of our clients.

At Onward Therapy and Wellness, we believe in the power of community and connection—both in the therapy room and beyond. Our attachment-informed approach is designed to create secure relationships, empowering our clients to explore and overcome their challenges in a supportive atmosphere. By incorporating evidence-based neuroscience and holistic methods into our practice, we provide care that addresses not just the mind, but the body and spirit as well.

We firmly believe that healing is possible, that anyone can heal, and that no issue is too big or too small to attain integrative wellness.

We approach therapy from an integrative, holistic perspective, partnering with clients to achieve their goals. At Onward Therapy & Wellness, we incorporate neuroscience-informed modalities and empower clients to go at their own best pace. Our therapists will assist with pushing clients to grow while respecting each person’s limits and bandwidth. We understand that it could change from one day to the next, and that sometimes slowing down is more impactful than powering through. We believe that the person comes first, not their symptoms or diagnosis history.

An integrative approach means that our clinicians consider all aspects of your situation. After gaining a full understanding, we then provide a tailored recommendation for addressing your particular concerns. 

Research in the area of neuroscience in recent years has significantly altered the way we view the human experience, and have drawn into question longstanding ways of understanding and working with mental health.  Neuroscience-informed modalities leverage this science about the way the brain develops, learns, and adapts to the environment in order to address  patterns that are getting in your way.
