Kristina Robertson, LCSW, LCDC

Hi! I'm Kristina.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, addiction, and major life transitions. For those seeking sobriety support, my experience working in residential treatment centers allows me to provide effective sobriety support and relapse prevention therapy to help you wherever you are in your recovery process. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, helping people navigate change, manage overwhelming emotions, and build healthier coping strategies. Whether you’re facing a personal crossroads, struggling with substance use, or feeling stuck in anxiety, I’m here to provide compassionate, evidence-based support as you work toward lasting growth and healing.

My ideal client is someone who is motivated for change but feels stuck—whether due to unresolved trauma, relapse, anxiety, depression, or the weight of family and relational conflict. Are you trying to navigate co-occurring disorders or struggling with shame and self-worth. Are you in need of a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to untangle your past and gain tools for long-term emotional regulation and personal growth. Goals often include building healthier relationships, increasing self-awareness, maintaining sobriety, setting boundaries, and learning how to manage emotions without fear or avoidance.

Sobriety Support & Relapse Prevention

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, using CBT, IFS, and somatic techniques. I see therapy as a collaborative process guided by your goals and experiences. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or stability, I tailor each session to support your unique path toward growth and well-being.

You’re not alone in what you’re going through. Together, we can explore your story, honor your strengths, and work toward meaningful change. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk beside you.
